What's Unique Letter Art's return policy?
We want to make sure that you are satisfied with your order so we offer a 100% money back guarantee. If your order is not exactly what you expected or if there is any damage or imperfection, please ship it back to us within 30 days and we will refund your total purchase price excluding shipping and handling.

How are your orders processed?
We use a secure system that is credited through GoDaddy.com to make sure that all of your personal information is encrypted and secure.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is a flat fee of $16. We ship using UPS Ground and will provide you a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Does Unique Letter Art offer and discounts multiple orders?
Yes, we do. If you order three or more frames you will save 10% at checkout, no promotional codes needed, you will see the savings subtracted automatically.

Does Unique Letter Art ship internationally?
Currently, we do not ship internationally, only to the 48 contiguous United States.

Does Unique Letter Art sell individual photographs?
If you would like to purchase an individual photograph from us, please use the Contact Us page and send us a personal message and we can make sure your order is exactly what you'd like.

Where does Unique Letter Art get the photos?
All of our photos have been personally taken by our photographers throughout their travels in the southwestern region of the United States.

How big are the frames?
It all depends on your art, for 3-4 letters we use a 10x20, a 5-letter frame is 10x24 and for 6-9 letters we use a 12x36 frame.

What size are the letters?
For a nine letter frame the letters are sized to 3x5 for all other frame sizes, letters are 4x6.

How many letters can my word be?
Your art can contain anywhere from 3-9 letters. 3-4 letters is $65; 5 letters is $75; 6-8 letters is $85; and 9 letters is $95.

What size are the signature boards?
Signature boards are 24x36 and sell for $169.99 each.
